Employee, Freelancer and Contractor Policy
Expectations for anyone working with or for Ovaideu/OIESU, including confidentiality, security, work standards, ownership, payment, and non-solicitation.

01Who this policy covers
This policy applies to every person or organization performing work for Ovaideu or OIESU, representing the brand, accessing systems, supporting clients, or receiving work instructions, whether paid hourly, monthly, project-wise, commission-based, trial-based, white-label, or temporary.
02Professional conduct
All contributors must work honestly, carefully, and professionally. They must follow assigned workflows, document material changes, avoid false claims, avoid unauthorized shortcuts, and immediately report blockers, bugs, security risks, or client concerns.
03Security and ownership
Contributors must not share passwords, API keys, SSH keys, tokens, cookies, client accounts, internal links, admin pages, screenshots, or private documents with unauthorized persons. Work created for Ovaideu/OIESU or its clients belongs to the relevant owner as directed in writing.
