01Account ownership
Customers should own their ad accounts, analytics properties, domains, hosting accounts, payment profiles, CRM systems, and provider accounts wherever practical. Ovaideu normally works through OAuth, manager, collaborator, or delegated access.
02Credential safety
Users should not share passwords in plain chat where a safer access method exists. OAuth, role-based access, secure credential transfer, and manager access should be used wherever available.
03Suspensions and provider decisions
Ovaideu is not responsible for provider suspension, disapproval, billing failure, verification failure, restricted products, prior account history, platform outages, or provider-side decisions. Ovaideu may help troubleshoot but cannot guarantee reinstatement or approval.
